I have two upstairs rooms that share a full bath.  One is still under construction  Both have twin beds. chairs and tables. There is a dining area on the fist floor and I can share refrigerator space.  The solitude here lends itself to personal retreats, but for now, kitchen facilities would be shared.  It is only me here with two unfriendly cats, so being alone should be no problem.

I am located 15 minutes by car from Wonderwell, via rte 4A, which goes from Wilmot through Springfield.  My house fronts the forest, very quiet, with easterly views and sunrises when there are sunrises. Rate for short stays is $50/night for one person and includes the usual coffee or tea and muffin. Rate for two is $75
